In its 275th session, held on March 8, 2010, the Securities Commission of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted a decision: 

1. Imposing a ban on trading shares issued by Kvantum Group dd Sarajevo, symbol KVGSR.

2. Instructing the Sarajevo Stock Exchange to suspend the trading of shares from Item 1 immediately.  

3. Measures from Items 1 and 2 shall apply until all relevant facts are determined within the control performed by the Commission, and until other measures are taken in the said case, on which the Commission shall decide later.
